2 years ago I told Chris I wanted to go to Red Lobster for Valentine's Day. I figured here in Manhattan, nobody else would dare suggest Red Lobster to their date for Valentine's Day. Also, I had never been to a Red Lobster. Well, it was packed. They were only doing take out and our food took 45 minutes. I didn't mind though, because I actually love doing take out. Who wouldn't want to eat their dinner in sweatpants given the choice? That's real romance.

The past two Valentines Days, my husband and I have made homemade pizzas and cupcakes and stayed in. The only bummer is we have to clean up ourselves.
